Moulding

In rolling rolls, trunnions are required to be softer and higher strength than the body. For this reason, by molding the bodies in permanent molds and the trunnions in sand molds, late cooling is ensured and the formation of chill is prevented. The suitable resin are used, depending on the type of materials to be casted. Our moulding capacity is up to 4000x4000x2000 mm for machine parts and Ø1500x2000 mm for permanent molds. For cores we use chromyte sand and sand mixer with capacity of 500 kgs per hour.
