Spheroidal Graphite Pearlitic Rolls

Spheroidal graphite pearlitic rolls are resistant to wear and have thermal conductivity due to the carbides formed as a result of spherical graphite and Cr-Ni-Mo alloying. In order to remove the internal stresses that occur during solidification according to the alloy amounts, stress relief heat treatment is applied to increase their mechanical strength. It is generally preferred in all Bar, Coil and Light profile stands, Heavy-medium sections iron intermediate and finishing stands.
